How to Use Online consultation
Simple steps to start your online consultation
①Submit Your Consultation Request
Enter your preferred date, time, and topics you want to discuss using the booking form.
We’ll match you with a suitable consultant based on your request.
② Receive Confirmation and Payment Link
We’ll check availability and reply within 24 hours.
If a consultant is available, you’ll receive the session details.
🔹 The first 30 minutes are free, so no payment is required for short consultations.
🔹 For extended sessions, a Stripe payment link will be sent.
Your reservation for a paid session will be finalized once payment is completed.
③ Join the Online Session
At the scheduled time, join your session using the provided video link (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Feel free to ask anything—get advice, clarity, and insights tailored to your needs.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
・Full refund for cancellations made by the day before the session.
・No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
